Return and refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support.mintana.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you must send the items back within the following 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an order when exercising the right of withdrawal. Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

You may inspect the products as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and condition of the products.

Refunds

We will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at support.mintana.shop@gmail.com and include your order number and photographs of the issue.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping and arrange an appropriate solution.
