Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping destinations
We currently deliver within the Czech Republic and to supported European Union destinations available at checkout.

Shipping methods and costs
Orders are shipped through Packeta or its partner carriers. Available delivery methods and the final shipping cost are displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected delivery option

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and do not include our 1–3 business day processing time.
Delays caused by the carrier, public holidays or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.
